FITNESS: Working out everyday is not a routine, it is a lifestyle change. You need to be dedicated to follow that lifestyle. When your body wakes up everyday at the same time without an alarm, it means your body clock is set. Similarly you need to set fitness clock in your life. Once the clock is set then you do not have to go to the gym, your body drags you towards fitness. Here is the routine follow Mon to Fri after work:

 

Cardio

45 mins treadmill on 5.0 speed or above, run for 15 minutes continuous. Step down and stretch for 1 minute, hop back on treadmill and run for another 15 mins. By doing this you will complete 2 miles. Now step down stretch for 1 min again and walk for 15 minutes on 3.8 speed. At the end you would have completed 3 miles ——————-equal to approx. 500 cals burnt

Weight training: Biceps & Triceps

1) Bicep curl

2) Inner bicep curl

3)hammer curl

4) Skull crushers

5) Sitting dips

6) Kickbacks

7) Overhead dumbbell

8) Pullover
