Hosted my first ever Gender Suspense High Tea themed Party for my dear sister Roz. After achieving success in few of these planned
events on my own, I think I am now ready to be a party and event planner for weddings, birthdays and baby shower/gender reveal or gender suspense for people looking
to do these in reasonable budget.
Each couple got their high tea plate to share. On my high tea menu:
Third tier (Savory items): Cucumber sandwich, Cibatta mushroom zuchinni caramelized onion sandwich, Scones with Danish butter cream.
Second Tier: Strawberry dipped in chocolate, macrons, Coffee flan, Cupcake
First Tier: Chocolate cream puffs, brownie, baklava
Everyone had a sugar crash down at the end of the party. Overall, it was a huge success and I am glad to pull it off in 2 to 3 hrs. Huge thanks to Shruti.
Whose party is coming next? I am ready to plan!!!!
